-
- Sure, but clean that screw up real good first. Using alcohol and qtips and
- sometimes a small bristle brush like you'd use to clean your electric
- razor. Make it *shine*, then apply a light coat of ordinary chassis grease.
-
- Then figure out why it got so dirty so fast! And runs so hot as to dry all
- the lighter stuffs out of the grease leaving only the dirt and hardened
- grease behind. I've seen several stuffed 500's suffering from this, but
- 4000's shouldn't run that hot or dirty internally.
-
- I haven't run into that monitor problem here.
-
- Cheers
